What if I spell the name wrong?
The preview above the buy button shows exactly what gets printed, so check it before you pay. If you spot it after ordering, message us straight away — we have not printed it yet if it is the same day.
How long does it take?
About 2 days from order to ready. We will tell you when it is waiting.
Can I get it shipped?
These are collection from Spellbound Boutique in Winsted. Ask us if you need it posted and we will work something out.
What if it arrives printed wrong?
That is on us. We remake it free. Personalised items cannot be returned for a change of mind, because the name on it is yours.
My school is not listed.
Order the custom tumbler and tell us the school, the colours and the sport. We design it with you and send a proof before anything is printed.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Yes. It washes fine by hand too.
