Shipping policy

Shipping

Free shipping on every order within the United States. No minimum, no code, nothing to add. The price you see is the price you pay. Orders to Canada, the UK, and Australia are calculated at checkout based on your address and current carrier rates.

Processing

Orders are packed within 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Friday.

U.S. delivery

Most U.S. orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days after they ship. You will get a tracking link by email the moment your order is on its way.

International delivery

Canada, UK, and Australia orders typically arrive within 6 to 14 business days depending on your location and local customs. Any import duties or taxes are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Wrong or incomplete address

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your order has not shipped yet (within the 24 to 48 hour processing window), email us and we will update it. Once an order has shipped, the address is locked by the carrier.

Lost, damaged, or stolen packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will make it right, replace or refund. For packages marked delivered but reported stolen, we may ask for a photo or, in some cases, a police report before replacing, and we reserve the right to decline repeat or fraudulent claims. We cover this ourselves. There is no shipping-protection fee added to your cart, ever.

Returned-to-sender packages

If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address or because it went unclaimed, we will contact you to reship it or issue a refund minus our return-processing fee. Reshipment shipping may apply for international orders.
