Refund policy

Returns

We want you in the right socks. If something is not right, you can return most items within 5 business days of delivery.

How it works

• Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags intact.
• Final-sale items cannot be returned.
• A flat $5 return-processing fee is deducted from your refund.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer. Free shipping applies to orders going out, not coming back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your original payment method minus the $5 return-processing fee, usually within 3 to 5 business days of the return arriving.

Damaged, wrong, or defective items

If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective, that is on us. Email customer_service@thickthightribe.com with a photo and we will make it right at no cost to you.
