Refund policy

ORDER RETURN

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns (FINAL SALE items excluded)

We accept returns on orders when we are contacted within 5 business days of the date your order was delivered. 

Please email us at: customer_service@thickthightribe.com with your order# for your return instructions and return approval number.

Returns will be subject to a $5 restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Any returned items MUST be in its original condition, and all tags need to be intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product for a refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. At this time we are unable to offer free shipping on returns or provide shipping labels.

If you are shipping an item back to us, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. If you choose to ship back to us untracked, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 
EXCHANGE PROCESS
We currently don’t allow exchanges.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE THE U.S.)

International orders are final sale — we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing, because return shipping across the border usually costs more than the socks themselves. Please check our size guide before ordering.

This does not affect your rights if something is wrong. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, email us a photo at customer_service@thickthightribe.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you at no cost to you — usually with no need to send anything back.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or applicable Canadian consumer protection law.
