Tracking Order
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages create unhappy customers. Give customers access to buyer protection at checkout so that when things go wrong, you can make them right.
Orders can be tracked using the third-party app called "ROUTE"
With Route Protection:
- Customers can purchase Route Protection at checkout
- Customers that purchase protection receive:

- Easy access to file claims with Route when insured packages are lost, damaged, or stolen
- Free web and in-app tracking of their packages during shipment, sent via email
Route Insurance is added to each order by default, but may be waived by the customer at checkout by deselecting the ROUTE Insurance option.

The Tribe will not be liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
A $6 restocking fee will be deducted from your original payment.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
