CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Please contact sales@thickthightribe as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request however, there is no guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is placed.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes, we accept returns please go our Return Policy page for more details.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?
We apologize but we currently do not offer exchanges.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at Sales@thickthightribe.com with your inquiry.

MY ITEMS ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving the order, at sales@thickthightribe.com. Please provide us with your order number and photos of the damage product.

I RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM(S) WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact sales@thickthightribe.com within 48 hours receiving the order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number, along with a photo of the incorrect item(s) you received.

I REFUSED MY DELIVERY, WHERE IS MY REFUND?
Refused deliveries will incur a $5 restocking fee and outbound shipping will not be refunded. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear, once the return has been processed.


I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS ON MY ORDER, PLEASE HELP!
Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Thick Thigh Tribe will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. Any orders returned to us due to incorrect address are subject to a $5 restocking fee. Customer can then pay for their order to be reshipped or can request a refund.  

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
